What’s next after uni? Why does navigating the workplace feel like such a mystery sometimes? If you’ve been asking yourself these questions, this event’s for you.

Join us for an evening with three inspiring women who’ve been through it—academia, job hunting, and carving out their place in the professional world. You’ll hear from two Architecure Alumni and a PhD researcher in Biomechanical Engineering, each bringing a unique story and set of experiences to the table.

Expect real talk, relatable insights, and answers to the questions you’ve been too afraid to ask.

And yes—there’ll be pizza and time to connect with others after the panel! 🍕

🎤Speakers bio:

  • Dina is a currently pursuing her PhD in Biomechanical Engineering at TU Delft. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Medical Engineering and brings over six years of experience in academia and industry. Her research focuses on 3D-printed phantoms for Caesarean section training, with the goal of improving surgical education. Dina has shared her work through international publications and conferences, and is passionate about driving innovation in healthcare.
  • Dana holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Architecture from TU Delft. She gained international experience in India and through NGO work in Jordan, before deepening her design and project skills at various Dutch architecture firms. She now works as a real estate policy advisor at Leiden University, focusing on strategic real estate and sustainable campus development.
  • Kübra holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Real Estate & Housing (now Management in the Built Environment) from TU Delft. After graduating, she spent over four years as a project manager at TU Delft’s Campus & Real Estate, contributing to major projects like Echo and the new Physics building. Since 2022, she’s been working at Drees & Sommer as a project manager, focusing on social infrastructure and public real estate.
